Colby and team completed a large project for us in 2023. We gave them a drawing of how we wanted our house to look, and Colby turned it into reality. Colby arranged builders; windows; painters; roofers; and some internal renovators as well. Joe project managed, and was professional and attentive; and Ed was often on site and is clearly a very skilled contractor and came up with some great ideas and solutions. Some work was done by Carr Home staff, and some was sub-contractors - all were high-standard, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. We felt very comfortable with them in and around our house, all very nice people. We are VERY happy with the finished project, which was done on time and to budget. We recently had Carr Home Improvements complete a kitchen renovation in our home. I can’t tell you how happy we are! This is a family-owned business that takes great pride in what they offer and the work they do. From concept to design to our finished space – it was so easy with their process. We met several times to plan what we wanted. Their team of employees were great to work with given we needed some help with design. Once they were ready to begin, they stuck very closely to their schedule. Their employees and subcontractors were very professional and very neat in all the work they performed. We used Carr Home to remodel a majority of our first floor with main focus of making our kitchen more functional for our family. Jennie and Colby came up with a design I could have never even imagined. When they tell you it will be life changing, they are 100% telling the truth. We spend every night gathering around our new amazing island in our new beautiful kitchen. Every part of the process from demo to finishing work was completed in such a professional manner. Every night the space was cleaned up and updates were given daily. The crew became friends and we looked forward to seeing them and the progress they made each day. As a busy family of 4 and 2 dogs (who stayed through the whole Reno), I look back and feel like the disruption to our daily life was minimal thanks to the Carr team. We had discussed remodeling our kitchen since we moved to our home in 2021, and finally decided to go for it. We received quotes from several companies and decided we liked the thorough and thoughtful discussions we had with Todd. We were very happy to go to their local showroom and finalize design options with Todd and Jennie. During the entire demo/remodeling phase everyone was incredibly polite, respectful, thorough, and fun to work with. They were responsive with any questions and even with last-minute design changes. Amazing! The team at Carr Home Improvements was very impressive from the initial meeting with the design team through the project completion. The team took our inspiration ideas and provided awesome recommendations based on their professional experiences. Colby was very professional to work with and very responsive throughout the project. Colby and his team were awesome in every way. We love our new kitchen. Construction started the week the pandemic shutdown started in March. Colby was a pro - kept us apprised of the status from his cabinet makers and other suppliers. Moved things around. The whole project was delayed by only a few weeks. Colby and his team did a spectacular job on our new kitchen!! Colby was at the job site daily and answered texts and calls immediately. The Carr team did a wonderful job with our new home. We had them complete all of finish work.
